Who Are TRUMOD?

Trumod is a wholly owned subsidiary of Clyde Industrial Corporation, a company with a long and proud history in the steel industry. Founded in 1919, Clyde Industrial Corporation specialises in the manufacture of steel products and has broadened its scope as new technologies and opportunities have become available, and with the development of alternative building products, in 2008 Trumod was established.

At Trumod we specialise in the design, manufacture and sale of alternative building products and provide alternative building solutions for the construction industry.

All Trumod’s trusses are manufactured according to the South African Bureau of Standards’ specifications SANS 10161-2. Our framing products and roof trusses are all made from materials that comply with the SANS 517 standard.
